We are recruiting for Guest Services Assistants to join our AWESOME Guest Excellence Team! Our Guest Services Team are based at the top of our beautiful resort, helping our guests with their queries throughout the day and resolving guest feedback in the moment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication
- Experience working with customer feedback both face to face and via email / social media / on the phone
- Resilient, welcoming, approachable and empathetic
- Ability to remain calm when addressing escalated, sensitive and in-person guest feedback
- Organised, with excellent time management
