As a Commercial Host at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, you’ll be at the heart of creating magical experiences for our guests. From welcoming families at admissions to assisting in our retail stores, car parks, Adventure Golf, and Free Build areas, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every visit is smooth, fun, and unforgettable.
Requirements
- A clear and confident communicator
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
- Experience of working in a team
- Experience in previous customer facing roles is desirable
- Ability to deal with customer complaints, with a confident and calm approach
- A FAW or EFAW qualification is desirable
- You will need to be confident with cash handling
