Hotel Front of House Assistants will be responsible for making sure our guests receive a 5-star experience at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The role involves greeting guests, handling luggage, directing guests to facilities, and overseeing the park entrance.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a Hotel within a Front of House or Receptionist role
- Confident in manual handling as you will be expected to lift and move guest luggage
- Flexible approach to working
- Comfortable and confident using computer-based booking systems
- Comfortable to work outside on our Hotel gates interacting with our guests, whatever the weather!
