Job Description
Mesabi Metallics is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to support the engineering team in designing, developing, and managing civil engineering projects, with a focus on environmental sustainability and tailings basin management. The role involves assisting with regulatory compliance, environmental impact reports, and technical analysis. The company is a pioneer advancing sustainable mining practices and creating a safe work environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ civil engineering experience
- Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and tailings management practices
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
