Director - Strategy and Market Intelligence

Messe Muenchen India is seeking a Director of Strategy to join as a strategic sparring partner with the CEO. This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives within the India, Middle East, and Africa regions, identifying growth opportunities, and driving cross-functional alignment. The role will focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and market positioning.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives.
• Define and execute mid to long-term strategic roadmap.
• Lead continuous market intelligence.
• Evaluate trade fair performance and recommend expansion or repositioning.
• Provide insights to enhance event ROI and value propositions.
• Lead market intelligence team.
• Translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
• Experience in B2B industries or trade fairs (IMEA experience preferred).
