• Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and create targeted business strategies
• Responsible for harnessing data insights to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging the power of AI and automation to deliver tailored client recommendations
