Requirements
- 12+ years proven experience recruiting for highly technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success managing complex searches and delivering against aggressive hiring targets
- Solid sourcing skills, including experience with advanced search techniques and tools
- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to drive decisions
- Experience with recruiting tools
- Rich understanding of the technical talent market and trends
- Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
- Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and influencing and driving towards results
