Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment
- Strong english communication skills and the ability to engage candidates/clients effectively
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience working with both local and international candidates, specifically in the Southeast Asia region
