MetaCompliance is looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth within the DACH region. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales Leadership, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success while being the owner of the full sales process from lead qualification to deal closure.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Sales and Go-To-Market functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Positive Attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies
- Understanding of basic sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, etc.)
- Interest in cybersecurity or digital compliance
