Pre-Sales & Onboarding Specialist

As a Pre-Sales & Onboarding Specialist at MetaCompliance, you guide customers through their entire journey from the first product demo to a successful rollout of our SaaS platform. You will work across two key phases: Pre-Sales Support and Post-Sales Onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and strong communication skills in English
• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience working with SaaS products
• Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage several customers and projects simultaneously
