Leasing Agent

MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a full-time leasing agent in BC. The ideal candidate will have a college/university diploma, 2 years of leasing/sales experience, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• College/University Diploma preferred
• Two years related leasing/sales experience within the property management industry
• Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient with Office and Yardi required
• Able to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
• Active driver's license and a reliable car
• Can work on the weekends and holidays
• Advertising and Marketing experience is an asset
