Property Administration and Leasing Assistant

MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a full-time Administrator for one of their properties in Barrie, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, administrative skills, and knowledge of yardi and processing POs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
• Excellent computer skills - particularly in Word, Excel and E-mail
• Strong administrative skills and energy in a fast-paced environment
• Good people skills and excellent customer service, ability to deal with diverse groups of tenants
• The ability to interact positively with tenants and staff
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Efficient, fast-paced learner who can work under pressure to meet assigned deadlines
• Experience working in the administrative, residential and property management sector is a bonus
