The role involves providing technical support to the store network, including hardware/software/network troubleshooting, software installation/configuration, and network management. The role offers weekly shifts, monitoring and ticket resolution.
Requirements
- Degree from University/Technical Institute/IEK in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, O365 etc.)
- Understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN concepts)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
- Familiarity with scripting or query languages is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
