We are looking for a Technical Asset Manager to support our team in portfolio management, technical property management, and project developments. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate management, construction contracts, and sustainability strategies.

Requirements

• Completed studies in real estate management, civil engineering, building/energy and environmental technology, architecture, or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with technical AM experience or as a technical property manager
• Driving license
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Negotiation skills and conviction
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good network in the Cologne real estate market
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment
