Vermietungsmanager/in (d/m/w)

We are looking for a Leasing Manager to support our team in leasing management, including leasing of existing properties/new development projects, contract management, and tenant management. The ideal candidate has a commercial education, at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position, and very good knowledge of local market conditions.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education/advanced training/study in the real estate sector
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good knowledge of local market conditions
• Strongly developed economic thinking and organizational talent
• Good networking, strongly developed interaction and communication skills
• Strong goal-oriented behavior and entrepreneurial thinking
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and self-initiative
• Flexibility and robustness in a dynamic environment
• Safe handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Affinity to digital tools and processes
• Experience with Propstack or similar CRM systems desirable
