The Metropolitan College is seeking an Academic Advisor to join its Admissions Department. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and experience in managing customer relationships in a structured environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Higher Education
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing customer relationships in a structured and organized environment
• Experience in managing goals and performance indicators (KPIs) with proven results
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Very good use of Greek and English language in written and spoken communication
• Ability to work in an afternoon shift (essential requirement)
• Completed military service (for male applicants)
