The Metropolitan College is looking to recruit an Academic Advisor to join its Human Resources in its Campuses in the Attica region. The main responsibilities include analyzing needs and guiding prospective students in their educational choices, managing the registration cycle, and participating in development activities to achieve specific goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Higher - Higher Third Degree Education
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing customer relations in a structured and organized environment
• Experience in managing goals & performance indicators (KPIs) with proven results
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills, both in writing and in speech
• Very good use of Greek and English in written and spoken language
• Ability to work in an afternoon schedule (essential requirement)
• Completed military obligations (for male applicants)
