Job Description
The Hilton Wilmington/Christiana is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in all stations of the kitchen line and capable of leading operations in the Sous Chef’s absence.
Requirements
- Proficiently cook and manage every station on the line.
- Assist and support other cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Oversee and run the line when the Sous Chef is unavailable.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure food quality meets company standards while staying within budget.
