Human Resources Business Partner

MFCP is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the growing business and report directly to the VP, of HR. The role is responsible for driving and influencing the HR strategy to support a fast-growing business through effective organizational design, employee relations, performance & talent management, and coaching leaders and employees.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience in roles of increasing complexity and scope, partnering directly with senior leaders
• 2-5 years of experience in a manager or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Highly knowledgeable in managing employee relations and investigations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
