Platform Engineering Team Lead

MFS is looking for a Platform Engineering Team Lead to manage a team of middleware and IAM technical staff, oversee daily operations, and implement best practices to enhance interoperability and secure user access.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6–8+ years of experience in middleware and/or IAM technologies
• Expert knowledge of middleware platforms and IAM solutions
• Strong understanding of IT service management
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders
