Requirements

• High school graduate and 1 year experience in on-site property management
• Ability to perform intermediate level mathematical calculations
• Experience with computer programs including word processing and rental systems
• High reasoning ability
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
• Punctual and reliable
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
