Job Description
We're seeking a Systems Administrator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of enterprise-level platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in infrastructure concepts and the ability to exercise independent judgment while supporting a dynamic technical team.
Requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert in infrastructure areas, providing guidance and support across departments.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership, delivering structured updates on support and project activities.
- Lead and collaborate with teams to identify root causes and implement resolution strategies.
- Design and maintain infrastructure documentation and perform daily production environment checks.
- Monitor platforms proactively using enterprise tools to prevent issues before they arise.
- Implement upgrades, patches, and security best practices across systems and applications.
- Administer and maintain virtualized environments (Nutanix or VMware), Windows OS (2003–2019), and enterprise tools including: Intune & Azure, Office 365 & Mimecast, Active Directory & Group Policy, Veeam Backup, PowerShell Automation, PRTG, LogRhythm, and other monitoring/compliance tools.
