Job Description
Provide excellent customer service to commercial policyholders and Farm Bureau Insurance agents. Proactively research and resolve policy issues, promote additional coverages, and address customer questions and concerns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in marketing, business administration, management, insurance, or finance (preferred)
- Minimum one year insurance related experience
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Designations in CISR, AINS, or CIC (required or actively being pursued)
- P/C License (required or obtained within 90 days of employment)
