Job Description
MicroHabitat, a fast-growing company, is seeking a Business Development Representative to connect with potential clients and generate leads for the sales team, working in urban farming and sustainability.
Requirements
- Research and identify high-potential prospects in Canada and the US
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and resilient with a results-driven mindset
- Enthusiastic about sustainability and urban agriculture
- Experience in customer service or sales is an asset
- Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
