Micron Technology is seeking an Engineer, IE AMHS to join our team. As an Engineer, IE AMHS, you will be responsible for partnering with IT support to solve issues affecting Micron production activities, monitoring and driving performance of AMHS and equipment KPI, and performing preventative maintenance on assigned tools sets.
Requirements
- Partner with IT support to solve issues affecting Micron production activities
- Proactively monitor and drive performance of AMHS and equipment KPI and address any issues in a timely manner
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tools sets
- Assist in AMHS/tool installation, relocation and upgrades
- Assist AMHS equipment and vendor support on long term down equipment and chronic process issue
- Improve tool uptime through quality workmanship, systematic problem solving and troubleshooting
- Document all maintenance performed in established check sheets and tracking programs
- Keep the Lead Engineer/Manager updated on all AMHS related issue and long term down status
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Be an active participant in the EHSS program by reporting all EHSS-related concerns or problems immediately
- Take the initiative to assume added responsibilities
- Set up equipment maintenance guideline
- Establish and improve equipment repair system
- Management, improvement and cost reduction for machine parts
- Equipment repair and abnormal condition handling
- Enhance equipment capacity and performance
- Assist in-house teaching, OHT test and STB removal/reinstall for new tool release
