Job Description
We are seeking an Engineer, IE AMHS to partner with IT support to solve issues affecting Micron production activities, and proactively monitor and drive performance of AMHS and equipment KPIs.
Requirements
- Partner with IT support to solve issues affecting Micron production activities
- Proactively monitor and drive performance of AMHS and equipment KPIs
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tools sets
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
- Assist in AMHS/tool installation, relocation and upgrades
- Improve tool uptime through quality workmanship and systematic problem solving
- Document all maintenance performed in established check sheets and tracking programs
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Be an active participant in the EHSS program
- Take the initiative to assume added responsibilities
- Set up equipment maintenance guideline
- Establish and improve equipment repair system
- Management, improvement and cost reduction for machine parts
- Equipment repair and abnormal condition handling
- Enhance equipment capacity and performance
- Assist in-house teaching, OHT test and STB removal/reinstall for new tool release
