FAC OPS SR MGR

The Facility M2 position is responsible for managing the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. The role involves planning, budgeting, and scheduling facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facility management, including design, planning, construction, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation for facility modifications.
• Experience in developing organizational policies and overseeing building space allocation and layout.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage and develop personnel to ensure efficient operation.
• Experience in managing engineering, design, planning, and construction teams for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, including R&D applications.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills for overseeing engineering disciplines and construction activities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for global site interaction and alignment.
• Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and inspection of buildings, equipment, and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to oversee skilled trade work and supervise construction, repair, or alteration of structures.
