Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. As Global Quality Process Control System (PCS) Senior Engineer, you will be accountable for improving the Statistical Process Control (SPC) for all Micron Fabs.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
• 5 years experience in Process Control Engineering
• A Process/Equipment Engineering background and experience
• An understanding of Fab processes and tools
• Familiarity with area and Fab software applications, such as SPACE, Stargate, SPIES, E3 R2R, E3 FD,, GeRM, Sigma, JMP, and Yield 3
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and people oriented: have strong persuasive and diplomatic communication skills (oral, written, one-on-one, and group)
• Been recognized as an individual who obtains results through the coordination of successful teams
• Good time-management skills
• Good judgment
• Above average working relationships with co-workers
• A high level of self-motivation with a good work ethic
• The ability to work unsupervised and support production needs
