Senior Engineer, Global Quality Systems Engineer

Develop and coordinate the Micron management system for quality and the QMS framework, analyze business processes, design and implement transformative solutions, and lead initiatives to enhance Micron's management system for quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or other related technical fields
• Proven experience with QMS governance, including document management and process improvement
• Prior involvement in project/program management, showcasing a structured approach to controlling change
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain quality standards and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• The ability to interpret and effectively resolve complex, technical, or ambiguous requests and problems, along with the skill to empower and guide change, promoting a culture of continuous advancement
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks by effectively prioritizing daily activities. Open to constructive feedback and actively engaged in improvement
