Job Description
Micron Technology is seeking an E-characterization Engineer to work on innovative technologies for future memory products. The role involves analyzing advanced electrical characterization results to improve cell device performance and developing new methodologies for device characterization.
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Strong background in semiconductor device characterization based on CMOS architecture and circuit operation
- Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics
- Basic Knowledge of electrical characteristic on DRAM
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
