Join Micron Singapore as a Senior Engineer, Chemical & Gas, Construction to design, specify, install, commission, and optimize high-purity chemical and gas delivery systems in semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

Requirements

• Design chemical, slurry, and gas delivery systems
• Develop detailed engineering drawings, P&IDs, and specifications
• Perform flow, pressure, and compatibility calculations
• Specify critical components and ensure designs meet all applicable codes and regulations
• Conduct research and development on emerging facilities and technologies
• Provide technical expertise during construction
• Review and approve construction submittals, shop drawings, and contractor work plans
• Conduct on-site inspections
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers
• Ensure all systems comply with relevant codes, industry standards, and regulations
• Develop and implement safety protocols
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and participate in FMEA and HAZOP reviews
• Oversee testing and commissioning of chemical and gas systems
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for system startup issues
• Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, as-built drawings, and operation manuals
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in system efficiency, safety, and cost optimization
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers
• Review and approve vendor documentation
• Conduct vendor audits and assessments
• Develop and deliver training for operations and maintenance personnel
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response plans
