The company is seeking a Senior Manager - Strategic Operations & Transformation to lead the global EHS and Sustainability Project Management Office, PMO, ensuring alignment with company’s strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in EHS, project management, sustainability initiatives, training management, and ISO system management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, sustainability practices, and ISO systems
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to travel as needed
