Job Description
Middesk is seeking a highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer to lead the full lifecycle of ML systems, from feature engineering and model development to deployment, monitoring, and iteration. The role offers ownership of models and collaboration with a strong team, impacting customers directly. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of applied ML experience
- Proven impact in risk, fraud, trust & safety, compliance, fintech, or similar domains
- Track record of end-to-end ownership of ML models
- Strong software engineering skills and experience with ML infrastructure
- Comfortable as a senior IC (technical leadership)
- Experience working cross-functionally with data engineers and product stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with classification challenges
