Job Description
This LVN to RN transition program focuses on preparing adult and pediatric patients for transition to Registered Nurse (RN) roles. The role involves providing nursing care, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and professional environment. Shifts are full-time and vary, with potential for ongoing learning and advancement.
Requirements
- Participation in ongoing learning
- Current State of Texas License as a Vocational Nurse
- Area of specialty certification (Certified Med-Surg, or OCN) preferred
- Physical ability to perform essential tasks with 35-50 lbs. lift
