Job Description
This RN residency focuses on patient safety and providing high-quality care under the guidance of a preceptor. The role involves data collection and analysis, developing nursing diagnoses, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes. Continued competency in nursing practice and lifelong learning are key aspects of the position.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Graduate Nurse license
- ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC certification (may be required)
- Reasonable physical accommodations are expected
