Job Description
This full-time RN Residency position is within the legal scope of nursing practice. The RN will work under the supervision of preceptors, focusing on patient safety, quality of care, and competent practice. The role involves data collection, diagnosis creation, implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required
- Current State of Texas License as a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse
- ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC may be required
