Room Service Supervisor

The primary responsibility of the Room Service Supervisor is to provide the highest quality of customer service to patients at all times. Ensures room service operations run smoothly and outstanding customer service is always served.

Requirements

• Ensure Room Service Lead and all other room service staff completes all of their duties as described in their respective job descriptions.
• Maintain department paperwork for room service line activities and assist Room Services Manager as needed.
• Train all new room service staff.
• Communicate patient complaints to management and assist with complaint resolution and customer satisfaction measures as needed.
• Work effectively with other department supervisors to ensure quality of patient care.
