Job Description
Milestone, a global market leader in VMS, is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to elevate their Project Management team. This role involves leading all phases of projects, managing resources, and ensuring customer experience. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, adaptable, and committed to excellence.
Requirements
- Manage/lead multiple projects through project development, launch, execution, performance, control, and close.
- Accountable for day-to-day project management for multiple complex projects and teams.
- Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
- Regularly perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Run ad hoc reports and develop standard reports.
- Analyze trends and consolidate data for review with primary stakeholders.
