Job Description
We are seeking a Chief Engineer for our Restricted Maritime Capabilities team. The successful candidate will lead the development of technology roadmaps and hold final technical authority over the design, production, installation, and activation of systems. They will also drive consistent implementation of design-to-cost processes and work to optimize these processes to sharpen competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- At least 10 years of related leadership experience in development and delivery of military systems
- Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance
- Ability to travel (35-45%)
