Job Description
Senior Engineer / Associate Consultant - Banking Technology responsible for end-to-end custom development, application support, and delivery of new projects related to the Finacle platform.
Requirements
- Customization Development: Design, develop, and implement of customer-specific customizations and new features on the Finacle platform
- Level 3 Support: Take ownership of complex technical issues and incidents, performing root-cause analysis and providing timely resolutions
- Project Management & Delivery: Manage and deliver Finacle-related customization projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget
- Collaboration and Team Support: Work closely with other team members to prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively
- Report Development & Porting Tasks: Lead the development of custom reports as part of upcoming system upgrade projects
- Documentation & Quality Assurance: Produce detailed documentation on customization development, configuration, and support procedures to ensure clarity and consistency in future troubleshooting and enhancements
- Upcoming Projects Support: Take ownership of the report development tasks and customization porting for Finacle upgrade projects
