Job Description
Senior Engineer position in Banking Technology, with responsibilities including banking solution implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, and providing L2/L3 application support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Technology/ Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of overall work experience, including 1–2 years in software development and implementation
- Strong technical background with enterprise banking or financial systems
- Good understanding of banking business concepts (retail, corporate, or treasury exposure is an advantage)
- Experience in application support, system upgrades, or implementations in a banking or financial environment
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and batch/job monitoring
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and stakeholders
