We specialize in landscape design, installation, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Hardscape, or a similar field.
• Certification in hardscape, horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or crews in a landscaping or construction environment.
• Strong ability to lead, supervise, and motivate teams to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with landscaping equipment (excavators, skid steers, tampers, chop saws, etc...)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, landscaping plans, and work orders.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and address their concerns.
• Detail-oriented to ensure high-quality work and adherence to specifications.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials, standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to identify and address potential site hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
