Lawn Maintenance Foreman

Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Foreman to oversee and lead a team of landscaping professionals. The role involves planning and coordinating daily tasks, operating equipment, and ensuring high-quality work in compliance with client expectations and company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining lawn care equipment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of horticulture, lawn care practices, and pest management.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
