Requirements

• Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Identify and report unsafe practices to the Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain documentation for production-related activities for reference purposes
• Performs quality assurance
• Assists in the workflow: moderating the production flow (e.g., assigns workflow activities and delegates production instructions)
• Handles higher complexity tasks, such as maintaining and repairing equipment and changing paper (Advanced Level II)
• Performs VIP-specific workflow handling (Advanced Level II)
• Trains Level 1 employees
