Join our team as a Warehouse & Shipping Lead to support production and logistics teams. This role oversees inventory accuracy, ensures timely picking and delivery of materials, and coordinates shipments for domestic and international orders.
Requirements
- Verify and record incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy or damage
- Label and stock inventory using ERP and barcode systems
- Operate forklifts and hand trucks to move materials safely
- Pull materials and deliver to internal production teams as needed
- Prepare and load outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation is included
- Plan and schedule outbound shipments for VIP and B2B clients
- Coordinate with logistics partners and utilize customer transit management systems
- Conduct quality checks on shipments and address any issues
- Train and support warehouse team members
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and follow safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement and 6S housekeeping initiatives
