- As part of our small and growing recruiting team, you’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify the best talent in the world.
- You'll be a frontline ambassador for Nest and ensure a great candidate experience whether it's the initial call, updates along the way or closing the loop.
- You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that will allow you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and Nesters.
- You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
