Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition/ Sourcer position at Mindlance. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify top talent, develop lasting relationships with candidates and Nesters, and improve hiring process efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of in-house/non-agency technical sourcing experience
- Demonstrated technical sourcing experience with a focus on server-side, embedded and/or apps software engineering candidates
- Experience working at consumer electronics or internet services companies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Capable of solving complex pipeline challenges
