Job Description
Mindlance is seeking a Recruiter/Sourcer III to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify top talent and develop lasting relationships with candidates and Nesters. The ideal candidate will be creative, driven, and comfortable with numbers, with a focus on creating talent pools and generating pipelines for open roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of demonstrated technical sourcing experience with 1+ years of in-house/non-agency experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Capable of solving complex pipeline challenges
