Mindlance is a national recruiting company that partners with leading employers across the country. We are seeking a User Experience Designer for a 6-9 month contract position in San Francisco/San Jose, CA.
Requirements
- Real passion for user-centered design and collaborative work.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
- Experience working closely between designers and developers.
- Expertise in standard design and prototyping tools including Sketch and InVision.
- Eagerness to learn, expand your skills, and try new tools.
- Ardent love of efficiency and the ability to visualize and execute processes.
- Experience with design system frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation and Atomic.
- Working knowledge of design specification tools like Zeplin and Inspector.
- An understanding of the Design Process.
- Familiarity with lean UX methodology.
- HTML, CSS & JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
