Requirements
- 3 years of experience
- Expertise in user research methods including lab and field studies, usability benchmarking, card sorting, cognitive walkthroughs, heuristic evaluations, etc.
- Practical experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Organized and able to act independently
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Science or related field
